At Laura Lee Enterprises the customer comes first. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. For this reason we offer a return policy as described below.

 

We generally ship within 1 to 3 business days of receiving payment for your order. Most items are shipped via the United States Postal Service.

 

 

Unopened and unused products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase. If an item is found to be defective please contact Laura Lee Enterprises and let us know the nature of the defect. If the item is in fact found to be defective, Laura Lee Enterprises will offer a full refund or replacement item if available, in accordance with the customers preference as long as the item is returned to Laura Lee Enterprises within 30 days of the original purchase. There will be no returns on most used merchandise purchased from our store although there may be some exceptions.
